Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message you enter. This information is sent securely to Harbor Light Wellness for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry.
How your form submission is handled
Contact form submissions on this site are processed by a centralized form delivery service at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web. The service delivers your message by email and does not use your information for any other purpose.
Spam and bot protection
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to verify that a submission is coming from a real visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser and device as part of that verification. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details on how Turnstile handles that data.
Embedded maps
The home and contact pages include an embedded Google Map showing our location. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies according to Google's own privacy policy. No chat, booking or review widgets are installed on this site.
Health information
Please do not send detailed medical information through the contact form. We will discuss your health privately when you call or visit.
